IS THERE VALUE IN A REALTOR?

If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home, you might consider asking yourself the following questions: Can I . . .

. . . figure like an account?

. . . understand zoning, building codes, taxes like a city or county employee?

. . . understand human motivation like a psychologist?

. . . know where to get the best value for carpet cleaning, roofs, plumbing, heating & air, etc.?

. . . know appraisers and how they work?

. . . know how to obtain a loan payoff, who to call for a mortgage plat survey, how to correct title issues, how to get an abstract updated on rush – all the things that lead to a successful closing?

. . . have the experience to deal with problems that may arise at the last minute in closing a transaction?

Chances are you will be hard pressed to answer all those questions with a “yes”, unless you are a real estate professional. Why, you ask, would a Realtor be different?

The daily routine of an active, highly committed Realtor, like myself, is an exhausting one. During any 24 hour period, I most likely will be juggling loan officers, appraisers, builders, insurance representatives, title companies and most importantly, Buyers and Sellers. The successful juggling of all these entities can mean the difference between winning or losing.

So, if you are considering buying or selling a home, please consider me to work for you. I am a full time and highly committed to make your real estate experience a good one and backing it with experience, knowledge and integrity.

Give me a call and let’s get started.
