Personally, an underlying goal of mine is to achieve the designation as your “family Realtor”. One of the most gratifying moments that I experience in my real estate career is being introduced as “my Realtor” by a client. I do not take this designation for granted nor take it lightly. In striving to reach this designation, my client will receive not only 30 years of real estate experience but 14 years of legal experience.

During my years in the real estate industry, many changes have taken place. More than ever, experience makes a huge difference in today’s real estate market. Selling or buying a home is one of the most important decisions that you will make. If everything goes as planned, it’s a “piece of cake”; but what happens if there are bumps in the road or worse…roadblocks! Experience not only helps know what to do in those situations, but it sometimes means knowing what, where and who to ask the right question for the right answer to get past the bump or roadblock. A lot of times, experience can also mean persistence, negotiation and “thinking outside the box”. One of the things that most amazes me about real estate is that just when you think you have seen and heard it all, some new situation arises that tests your knowledge and experience, and that’s one of the difference that separates me from
other Realtors. Experience along with the personalized service that I offer to my clients combined with honesty, integrity and hard work is and has always been a great formula for my success.

A free consultation will be provided with an interior designer to help stage your home to sell. Home staging means decorating your home in a way that appeals to a potential buyer. When selling your home, you have to really look at it objectively and think about it from the viewpoint of the home buyer. This is one of the big advantages of a professional home stager and I can provide that advantage for you.
